Min writes the booklets and leads both the desk and the Thursday circle. She still catalogues the way she did in Jinju: one subject per stack, titles short enough to finish in a sitting.
A reading room that started as one binder
The official registered business name is Neuro Prismway. The business was established in 2018 in Hamyang-gun, South Gyeongsang.
How the room began
Min Jae-won had spent six years as a municipal library assistant in Jinju. Neighbours who used Solana kept asking the same questions at the market: where a recovery phrase should live, and how to read a confirmation without rushing. In 2018 she registered Neuro Prismway and opened a single room on Maengdong-gil with one binder of notes.
By 2021 the binder had become four stacks, and desk hours were booked apart from casual browsing. Park Hye-rin joined in 2022 to keep lending slips and to set the Thursday table. The offer is still paper, a chair, and a reader. Visitors confirm transactions at home.
How we work with visitors
Questions stay in the conversation. Account secrets stay in the visitor's house. Booklets use short examples that could belong to anyone, so a circle never needs a real balance on the table. When a question is personal — a floor plan, a family disagreement about a hiding place — it moves to the private desk.
The room is quiet on purpose. One desk booking occupies the long table. The circle uses the same table later on Thursday, after the daytime hours, with six chairs and one title.

Park issues shelf cards, checks returns, and takes the desk on Thursdays when Min is with the circle. He joined after a year of borrowing the envelope guide himself.
What we hold as practice
Plain language over jargon. A visitor should be able to reread a page on a bus. English booklets, because that is the language of this room's notes. Fees written down before anyone travels. A reply within two working days, even when the answer is that the Thursday list is full.
The community around the room is local: market traders, teachers, and adult children helping a parent store a phrase on paper. We are glad to be a stop on Maengdong-gil, between the bus and the rest of Seosang-myeon.
