Acceptance

By browsing the site or sending an inquiry, you accept these terms. A confirmed booking is a separate agreement formed when we email a date and you pay the stated fee by transfer. If you do not accept the terms, leave the site and refrain from booking.

The reading room and the study notes

Neuro Prismway provides a learning library and in-person study: private desk sessions, Thursday reading circles, shelf-card lending, and printed booklets on security practices for Solana users. Study notes describe habits for keeping an account. Investment choices remain with you. The room does not hold keys, move funds, or sign transactions.

Booklets are loaned or read on the premises according to the offer you book. A shelf card is a loan for eight weeks, two titles at a time. Desk practice sheets are yours to keep because you wrote them.

Using the website

The site lists hours, fees, and a way to write to the room. Information is offered in good faith and may change when hours or fees change. The current fees page is the listing we confirm against. You agree to keep recovery phrases, private keys, and photos of them out of the inquiry form.

You will not misuse the site to send unlawful material, to interfere with its availability, or to present yourself as the reading room. Bookings are for a named visitor. A circle seat is for one person.

Intellectual property

The text of the booklets, the wording of this website, the Neuro Prismway name, and the arrangement of the four stacks are owned by Neuro Prismway unless a page says otherwise. You may quote a short passage for private study with credit to the booklet title. Copying a full booklet, reselling a loaned copy, or presenting our notes as your own course is outside that permission. Your practice sheet remains your own writing.

Bookings and fees

Fees are listed on the fees page and confirmed by email. The website does not take card payments. A booking is held when the transfer described in the confirmation is received. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds follow the refund notice.

Liability

Study sessions and booklets are educational conversations about habits. You remain responsible for how you store a recovery phrase and for any confirmation you make on your own account after you leave. To the extent Korean law allows, Neuro Prismway is not liable for loss of funds, market movement, or decisions you take from a booklet. We remain liable where the law does not allow a limit, including for harm caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

The site is provided for information about the room. We work to keep pages accurate. Temporary unavailability of the website does not cancel a booking already confirmed by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
