What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site can store in your browser and send back later. Local storage is a related place in the browser that keeps a value on your device without sending it on every request. Both can remember a preference. Both can be cleared by you.
How this site stores your choice
On a first visit a banner offers Accept and Reject. Either choice is written to local storage under the key neuro-prismway-consent. Rejecting leaves every page, form, and booking path available. Accepting does the same. The banner records the choice so it does not have to ask on every page. We do not load a separate analytics script in either case.
Essential storage
The consent key is essential for remembering that you already answered the banner. The inquiry form does not set a cookie. A confirmed booking is kept in our email and paper records, not in your browser.
Analytics
Neuro Prismway does not set analytics cookies and does not embed a traffic counter. The category is listed here so you know it is unused. If that changes, this table will be updated before any analytics cookie is set, and the banner will name it.

Third-party cookies
Pages request fonts from Google Fonts. That request goes to Google's servers and can include your IP address. Google may set or read its own cookies according to its policies when those files load. Neuro Prismway does not receive the contents of any Google cookie. No other third-party scripts are embedded.
How to manage or disable storage
Use the banner to Accept or Reject on your first visit. To change the choice later, clear site data for neuro-prismway.click in your browser settings, then reload; the banner returns. Browser controls can block cookies and local storage entirely, or block third-party cookies while allowing storage for this site. The help pages of your browser describe the exact menus.
Blocking Google Fonts, for example with a content setting or an extension, means the page falls back to other fonts already on your device. The text remains readable.
Impact of disabling
If you reject the banner, or if storage is blocked, the reading room, the shelf, the journal, and the inquiry form keep working. The banner may appear again on later visits because the choice could not be saved. Disabling analytics cookies has no effect today, because none are set. Blocking all storage does not cancel a desk hour already confirmed by email.
