Refunds and cancellations

Eligibility

A refund applies to a fee Neuro Prismway has received for a booking that has not yet been delivered, when you cancel inside the windows below. Browsing the shelf during opening hours has no fee and nothing to refund.

Timeframe

Cancel a desk session at least 48 hours before the confirmed start for a full refund. Cancel a circle seat at least 24 hours before 19:00 on that Thursday for a full refund. Cancel a shelf card within 7 days of payment, and before any booklet leaves the counter, for a full refund. Closed-circle quotes follow the window written in that quote, which will be at least 48 hours.

Full and partial refunds

Inside the windows above, the refund is the full fee received. A desk cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, and still before the session starts, receives half the fee back and half stays with the room for the held table. A circle seat cancelled on the day, before the door closes at 18:50, receives half back. After the circle starts, the seat fee stays with the room.

Situations outside a refund

If you miss the desk time without writing ahead, the session fee stays with the room. If you miss the circle after the door has closed, the seat fee stays with the room. A session or circle that has already begun stays on the fee, including when you leave early. An extra half hour already used stays on its 30,000 KRW fee.

Deposits and fees paid ahead

The desk, the circle, and the shelf card are paid in full when the day or the card is confirmed. That payment is the amount the windows above apply to. We do not take a separate deposit on top of the listed fee.

Rescheduling

You may move a desk session once, with at least 48 hours' notice, to another open hour in the following four weeks. You may move a circle seat once, with at least 24 hours' notice, to the next scheduled Thursday that has a chair. A second change is treated as a cancellation under the windows above.

Work already started and materials

When a desk session has started, the reader has already prepared booklets and the table is committed; the fee stays. Pencil-marked practice paper you wrote is yours. Printed booklets taken out on a shelf card are loans. Once a booklet has left the counter, the card fee stays for that term. You still return the titles. A lost booklet is billed at the print amount on the slip, usually 12,000 KRW, and that print amount is separate from the card fee.

Exceptions

If we cancel because the room is closed, the reader is ill, or we confirmed a Thursday that was already full, you receive a full refund or a new date, at your choice. If a booklet is unusable because of our printing error, we replace the copy; the card fee is refunded only if we cannot supply a readable replacement during the term.

Process, timing, and method

Email hello@neuro-prismway.click or call 0557101145 with the name on the booking, the date, and the offer. We confirm the refund decision within five working days. Approved amounts are returned to the account that paid, by bank transfer, within ten working days after that confirmation. The website does not process the transfer.
