Privacy notice
This notice explains how Neuro Prismway handles personal information when you write to the reading room or use neuro-prismway.click. Updated 21 September 2026.

What we collect
From the inquiry form or email we collect your name, email address, the offer you ask about, a preferred day if you give one, and the message you write. Booking records add the confirmed date, the fee, and whether a transfer was received. Shelf cards add the titles on loan and the return date.
We ask you to keep recovery phrases, private keys, seed photos, and account balances out of messages. If you include them anyway, we delete that part of the message and reply asking you to resend the question without it.
The website stores a consent choice in your browser under the local storage key neuro-prismway-consent. Server logs of a typical host may briefly record an IP address and browser type when pages are requested. We do not run an account system on this site.
Why we use it
We use inquiry and booking details to answer you, hold a desk or a seat, issue a shelf card, and send the return reminder. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract you asked for, and our legitimate interest in running the reading room and keeping a record of loans. Consent covers the optional storage of your cookie choice when you press Accept or Reject.
Retention
Inquiry correspondence is kept for 24 months after the last message, then deleted. Confirmed booking notes and transfer references are kept for five years to meet ordinary bookkeeping needs in Korea. Shelf lending slips are kept for the loan term plus 12 months. The consent key stays in your browser until you clear site data or change the choice.
Your rights
You may ask to access the personal information we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, or to object to use based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw a consent choice by clearing the site's local storage; that withdrawal leaves earlier bookings intact. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission in Korea.
To use these rights, email hello@neuro-prismway.click. We may ask for enough detail to find the booking so we do not disclose one visitor's slip to another.
International transfers
The reading room handles inquiries in Korea. If you write from outside Korea, your message is received and stored here. Email may pass through the mail provider that hosts hello@neuro-prismway.click. Font files for this website are requested from Google, which receives the IP address that loads the page. We do not sell personal information and we do not send booking files to a separate marketing list.
